摘要
以学为中心的课例研究是教师从学生学习的角度,以课为载体,对教学实践中的问题展开的合作性研究。其"以学为中心"的价值诉求符合当代学校整体变革的基点、课例研究的国际发展趋势以及我国教学研究和教学改革转型的需要。为实现其价值诉求,课例研究的每一环节需要基于如下原则展开:在"确立研究主题"环节做到教学合一;在"规划教学设计"环节做到因学设教;在"实施课堂观察"环节做到以学观教;在"开展课后研讨"环节做到以学论教;在"形成研究报告"环节做到以学改教。最终,以学为中心的课例研究期望嵌入教师的日常教学,成为课堂教学的未来景观。
Learning-centered lesson study is teachers' cooperative research on questions in teaching practice via les- sons and from the perspective of student learning. Its "leaning-centered" value is in line with basis for overall change of contemporary school, international trends of lesson study development and the needs of transformation of teaching research and teaching reform. To implement the "leaning-centered" value, every step of lesson study needs to be car- ried out according to the following principles : combining teaching with learning in step of identifying research theme, designing teaching based on learning in step of planning instruction activity, observing teaching based on learning in step of implementing classroom observation, discussing teaching based on learning in step of organizing instruction seminar after class, improving teaching based on learning in step of writing research report. Finally, we expect that learning - centered lesson study is embedded into day-to-day teaching of teachers and become the future landscapes of classroom teaching.
