摘要
目的:研究健儿开胃散治疗小儿厌食症肝旺脾虚证的临床疗效。方法:采用完全随机化分组方法,将入选病例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组72例给予健儿开胃散口服,对照组58例给予小儿健胃消食片口服,1个疗程后比较2组的疗效。结果:治疗组能改善厌食症患儿拒食、厌食、面色萎黄、易激惹症状,改善中医症状总积分,提高免疫球蛋白(IgA,IgG,IgM)、发锌、发钙、发铁含量,与对照组比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:健儿开胃散治疗小儿厌食症有明显疗效。
Objective： To study the clinical effect of Jianerkaiwei Powder in treating infantile anorexia of spleen deficiency syndrome and liver hyperactivity.Methods：Selected patients were randomized into treatment group and control group.Treatment group of 72 cases was given Jianerkaiwei Powder orally,and the control group of 58 cases was given Xiaoerjianwei Tablets.After 1 course,the effects of the 2 groups were compared.Results： Compared with the control group,treatment group reduced the symptom of anorexia antifeedant,anorexia,sallow complexion,irritability symptoms,improved clinical symptom score in TCM,raised immune globulin（IgA,IgG,IgM）,zinc,calcium,iron content,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion： Jianerkaiwei Powder has obvious curative effect in treating infantile anorexia.
