摘要
本文从知识管理概念及功能入手,引入培训过程中的知识转化,对比员工培训中的知识转化层次及场理论,探讨知识管理与企业培训间的关系,分析了不同知识生命周期的培训策略。
The article focused on knowledge management,inferring knowledge transformation during the training process.Contrasting knowledge transformation level theory of staff training,this paper discussed the relationship of knowledge management and enterprise training,analyzing training strategy of different knowledge life cycle.
