摘要
软件产业的发展水平直接体现了一个国家的信息产业发展水平,而软件人才的质量又是影响软件产业发展水平的重要一环。软件学院的主要任务就是培养并向国家输送高质量的软件人才,为提高人才质量,哈尔滨理工大学软件学院在教学过程中采用了CDIO模式,按照工程项目全生命周期的要求来组织教、学、做,将传统独立分科的课程按照集成化课程设置的方式整合为贯穿于基础课、专业基础课、专业课以及实践教学中的系统工程。同时引入"2+1+1"的校企合作模式,通过与软件行业内的优秀企业合作全面提高学生的实践动手能力。本文着重讨论了基于校企合作模式CDIO集成化课程设置及其在人才培养中的作用。

The Software School of Harbin University of Science and Technoogy the CDIO model in teaching process,in accordance with the project life-cycle requirements to organize teaching,learning and practice,puts traditional independent branch of curricula into the integrated curricula mode throughout the basic courses, specializes basic courses,specializes courses and practical teaching system. At the same time the paper introduces the "2+1 +1" model of school-enterprise cooperation and cooperates with the outstanding enterprises to improve the students' practical ability. This paper discusses the CDIO integrated Curriculum based on school-enterprise cooperation mode and its role in cultivating talents.
