摘要
传统大坝帷幕灌浆质量一般仅以压水试验成果为唯一评判依据,难以作出客观、全面评价。以溪洛渡水电站大坝第三方帷幕灌浆质量检查为例,提出综合利用压水试验、钻芯检查、钻孔声波测试、孔壁电视成像等手段来评价帷幕灌浆质量。对第三方质量检查要点作了讨论,提出应重视第三方质量检查、加强检查孔选择的随机性并应增加检查孔的数量。
Conventional quality check for dam curtain grouting is conducted according to water pressure test only, resulting in lack of objectivity and completeness. Taking the quality check for curtain grouting of Xiluodu Hydropower Station as an example, conducted by third party, we propose to utilize comprehensive measures to complete the quality check of curtain grouting, including water pressure test, core drilling test, borehole sonic wave test, borehole - wall imaging. We discuss the implementation details of quality check by third party, and suggest the engineering staff should pay attention to quality check by third party and increase randomness and numbers in the process of selection of check boreholes.
