摘要
通过AMESim软件对DBW-30电磁溢流阀的动态特性进行了仿真研究.建立了阀的动态数学模型,分析了在电磁阀断电工况下进口段容腔大小、主阀弹簧刚度,以及动态阻尼孔大小对阀动态特性的影响.并对电磁阀通电卸荷和断电溢流过程中的主阀进口压力变化进行了分析研究.
The simulation and research of electromagnetic relief valve based AMESim are carried out.The dynamic mathematical model of the valve is established.The influences on the valve’s dynamic characteristics by the volume in the inlet of the electromagnetic relief valve,the spring rate of the main valve and the size of the dynamic damping hole are studied;at that time the valve is in the working condition of power failure.Furthermore,we also study and analyse the changes of the main valve’s entrance pressure when the electromagnetic relief valve is in the electrifying unloading condition and in the process of power-off overflow.
