摘要
建立了以9-芴甲基氯甲酸酯(FMOC)为柱前衍生试剂,反相高效液相色谱成功分离五种常见氨基酸(谷氨酰胺、精氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸和苯丙氨酸)的分析方法,在最优化的色谱分离条件下,五种衍生产物得到了完全分离,在0.0125~0.2 mmol/L范围内,峰面积与氨基酸浓度之间的线性相关系数为0.9920~0.9979。
A new method was developed for the separation of the five amino acids (glutamine, arginine, alanine, valine, and phenylalanine) by precolumn derivatization with 9 -fluorine acid methyl ester (FMOC) by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography. Under the optimized chromatographic conditions, five amino acids were completely separated. In the range of 0. 025 - 0.2 mmol/L, the linear calibration for five amino acids was from 0. 9920 to 0. 9979.
