摘要
针对立式高速泵在运行中出现的主油泵损坏、介质机械密封寿命短、泵体扩压器冲刷问题、齿轮箱振动大、油系统油压低等问题进行分析研究,并给出了相应的改造方案,使其问题得到解决,实现了稳定运行。
Based on the problems of the main oil pump damage in the vertical high - speed pump running, short life of medium mechanical seal, high gearbox oil temperature, the pump corrosion erosion, the oil system and low oil pressure problem analysis, and the corresponding transformation program were analyzed and the corresponding rehabilitation pro- gram was proposed, so that the problems were resolved and realized stable operation.
