摘要
本文系统地分析了铁路机车用JZ8轴箱体铸件原工艺存在的问题,通过改进工艺方案,合理设计浇注系统,引进发热保温冒口应用技术,使铸件实现顺序凝固,解决了一些典型铸造缺陷,又通过加强质量控制,成功地获得了质量良好的轴箱体铸件。
The original problem of Model JZ8 axle box body castings of locomotive engine has systematically been analysed. Good quality castings have been obtained by improved technology, reasonably assembling gating system, introducing insulating holding riser to realize directional solidification of the castings with a strengthened quality control so as to eliminate some typical casting defects.
