摘要
大型发电机转子绕组冷却水品质对保证发电机组的安全经济运行非常重要。pH值和电导率是控制发电机内冷水水质的两个重要指标。文中根据大型发电机转子冷却水控制系统的实际运行经验,构造出相应的模糊控制规则,并通过模糊运算,得到控制器的控制参数,实现了对发电机转子冷却水系统的模糊控制。在此基础上,设计了基于PLC的模糊控制程序和上位机监控程序。
Cooling water quality of large scale generator rotor winding was very important for the safe and economic operation of generator, pH and conductivity were the two most important parameters for the quality of generator rotor cooling water control systerm. The fuzzy control rules were constructed,according to actual operation experiences of large scale generator stator cooling water control system in the paper. And the different parameters of the controller were obtained through fuzzy calculation. The fuzzy control programs were written for PLC and PC monitoring program was also designed.
