摘要
针对发动机气缸缸体被加工孔规格较多,在摇臂钻床上进行钻孔加工时需要多次更换钻头的情况,设计了一种在加工中心上对发动机气缸缸体进行快速钻孔加工的液压专用夹具。详细阐述了该夹具的结构特点及工作原理:通过分析缸体的结构特点及加工工艺,采取"一面两孔"定位方案,定位精确可靠;采用双液压缸夹紧,并计算切削力及夹紧力,设计了相应配套的液压系统。实践证明:该夹具结构简单,操作方便,加工过程中实现了对工件的快速钻孔加工,进一步完善和提高了发动机气缸缸体钻孔加工工艺,提高了工作效率。
