摘要
FCC催化剂制备过程中,影响磨损指数的因素很多,如原料粒径、胶体黏度、干燥温度、焙烧处理等。针对生产实际中磨损指数的诸多影响因素进行了探讨,以期达到不断完善催化剂制备技术,满足用户对催化剂更高质量要求的目的。
Many factors may influence the attrition index of FCC catalyst during preparation of the catalyst, such as particle size of the raw material, colloid viscosity, drying temperature and calcination treatment and etc. The aforesaid influence factors to attrition index in actual production were studied and discussed, aimed at reach purposes of improving catalyst preparation technique and meeting higher quality requirements of the user.
