摘要
灵武空冷1000MW项目是世界首台超超临界1000MW空冷汽轮机,低压外缸结构尺寸大,设计过程中,必须确保其有较好的刚度能抵抗缸内部件重力和真空载荷的作用,使得机组能正常稳定地运行。文章采用三维有限元分析方法,建立低压外缸的有限元模型,进而计算了低压缸的变形和应力,最终优化了低压外缸的设计,降低了外缸的变形,使其刚度满足机组的安全稳定的运行。
Ling Wu 1O00MW air-cold project is the first steam turbine in the world. LP casing is huge. In the process of designing, it is very" important to calculate the stiffness. Based on FEA method, a three dimensional finite element model of LP casing is established, the deformation and stress are calculated, and finally, the design of LP casing is optimized, the deformation is decreased, steam turbine's safe operation is satisfied.
