摘要
为了达到"零缺陷"的制造品质目标,贯彻"三不原则"的品质方针,提出切实可行的防错方式。系统地对总装零件的防错方式进行分类与归纳,说明各个防错方式的基本原理,并举应用实例。
To reach the with feasible mistake p state the theory as well manufacture quality target of ＂zero defects＂, put the rule of ＂three NOs＂ into effect ,come up roofing ways .Classify and conclude the mistake proofing ways of assembly parts systematically, as examples of each mistake proofing way.
