摘要
原子发射光谱仪器正不断向光电化、自动化、高灵敏度、高分辨率、小型化、便携式、低分析成本等方向发展。介绍了原子发射光谱仪的激发光源、色散系统和检测系统的进展。可供广大仪器分析和分析仪器领域的科技工作者参考。
Atomic emission spectrometer(AES) has been constantly developed in the direction of being photoelectric, automation, gaining higher sensitivity and higher resolution, miniaturization, portability and low costs. This paper describes the latest development of excitation light source, polychromator and detection system of AES. It can be used as a reference for technique worker in the instrumental analysis field.
