摘要
从新公共管理理论、委托——代理理论的视角,构建学校责任、学生责任、企业责任和社会组织责任"四位一体"的绩效评价分析框架体系,形成三级五类36个具体指标的绩效评价指标体系,对于高职院校监控校外实训基地,提高工学结合培养质量具有现实意义。
From the standpoints of new public management theory and principal-agent theory, this article focuses on the foundation of performance evaluation analysis system, called four-in-one, which refer to college's obligation, students' obligation, enterprise's obligation and social organization's obligation and forms performance evaluation index system containing 36 specific index classified 3 levels and 5 types. Meanwhile, it is of practical value for monitoring off-campus practice base and improving the quality of combining learning with working in higher vocational college.
