摘要
本文应用三维建模软件建立了395型柴油机机体的三维实体模型和有限元模型,对机体结构进行了预紧工况和爆发工况的静态分析,并得到相应工况的位移和应力云图,从而得出机体结构的应力分布情况,并根据结果对机体的优化改进提出建议。
In this paper, the 3D solid model and the finite element analysis model of 395 diesel engine block were established with the 3 D modeling software. A static analysis on the preload working conditions and explosion working conditions was conducted for the engine block structure. And, these are obtained including the displacement and the stress nephogram of corresponding condition as well as the stress distribution of the engine block. Finally, this paper proposes devices on optimization improvement of the cylinder block.
