摘要
分别用熔融共混和溶液 超声分散复合方法制备了聚 (DL 乳酸 ) (PDLLA) /超细微羟基磷灰石 (HA)复合物 ,并用取向模压法制得 3 2mm的圆棒 .两种制备复合物方法均使PDL LA相对分子质量降低 2 5%~ 2 8% ,但后一方法可得到HA粒子均匀分布的复合物 .模压温度对圆棒的弯曲强度有很大影响 .在较低的温度模压 ,由于模坯在模压过程中发生较大的取向形变 ,可得到较高的弯曲强度的圆棒 ,PDLLA最高可达 150MPa ,复合物 (含w(HA)为 5% )最高达 175MPa .
Poly(\%DL\%\|lactide)(PDLLA)/hydroxylapatite(HA) ultrafine particles composites were prepared by melting blending and solution\|dispersion compounding,respectively. The rods with diameter 3 2 mm of PDLLA and the composites were achieved by oriented compression molding using a mould designed for this purpose. Both preparation methods reduced the molecular weight of PDLLA by 25%~28%, but the latter gave more acceptable distribution of HA particles in the PDLLA matrix. Molding temperature has great influence on the bending strength of the moldings. The rods with higher bending strength were obtained at lower molding temperatures, because oriented deformation of the billet occurred in the process of compression molding. The maximum values are 150 MPa and 175 MPa for PDLLA and the composite containing \%w\%=5% HA,respectively The orientation of the compression moldings was characterized by DSC and dimension measurements of the rods after annealing at 63 ℃.
