摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定布南色林片中布南色林的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-甲醇-磷酸缓冲盐[0.025M磷酸二氢钠(内含0.025M庚烷磺酸钠),用盐酸调节pH至2.5](100:80:80);流速为1.0ml/min;检测波长为248nm。结果:布南色林在15.78~126.21μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.9%。结论:该法准确,重复性强,稳定好,适用于布南色林片的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Blonanserin in Blonanserin tablets.Methods:HPLC analysis was carried out on Diamonsil C18 column.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-methanol-Phosphate Buffer solution(100:80:80).The detection wavelength was 248 nm.The flow rate was 1.0ml/min.Results:Blonanserin showed good linear relationship in the liner range of 15.78~126.21μg/ml.An average recovery of 98.9% was obtained.Conclusion:The method is accurate,reproducible and suitable for quality control of Blonanserin tablets.
