连续油管环焊缝温度场模拟

Simulation on Ring Welding Temperature Field for Ring Welding Seam of Coiled Tubing

摘要 利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了连续油管对接环焊缝的三维焊接温度场的计算机数值分析模型。分析中引入了双椭球热源分布模型,研制了相应的APDL程序,计算出打底焊的温度场曲线。模拟计算结果和试验结果基本吻合,表明该计算方法能准确地计算出焊接温度场。 The coiled tubing ring seam 3D welding temperature field numerical analysis model was set up by finite element software ANSYS. The double ellipsoid heat source distribution model was imported, and the corresponding APDL programs were developed. The backing welding temperature field curve was calculated. The simulation results are basically consistent with experiment results, which show that the method can accurately calculate the welding temperature field.
