摘要
以汽车发动机连杆疲劳裂纹GTAW焊接修复为研究对象,根据实际情况建立了其热-冶金-力学耦合的三维有限元模型,采用焊接专用有限元分析软件对汽车发动机连杆疲劳裂纹GTAW焊修过程的温度场、应力场和变形场进行了数值计算与分析,预测焊修结构的残余应力和变形。研究结果可为实际焊修生产提供理论指导。
The objective of this study is to investigate the GTAW repairing fatigue crack of automobile engine connecting rod. According to the practical situation, three-dimensional thermal, metallurgical and mechanical finite element model was established. The distribution of temperature, stress and deformation field induced by GTAW repairing fatigue crack of automobile engine connecting rod were numerical simulated by a finite element analysis soitware, and welding stress and deformation were predicted. The simulation results was analyzed theoretically, and distribution of temperature field and welding deformation were predicted.
