Effects of Nd Content on Mechanical Properties of ZM6 Alloy

摘要 采用光学显微镜、拉伸试样机和布氏硬度机研究了Nd含量对ZM6镁合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,随Nd含量的增加,ZM6合金强度增加;在3.0%Nd含量达到最大值时,若继续增加Nd含量,该合金强度下降。 The effects of Nd content on the mechanical properties of ZM6 alloy were investigated by optical microscopy (OM), tensile test machine and Brinell Hardness tester. The results show that, as the Nd contents increasing, the strength of the alloy increases. When Nd content is 3.0%, the strength reaches the maximum value. IfNd content increases, the strength of the alloy declines.
