摘要 提出了基于视频检测方式的电子警察系统的设计方法,给出了系统的结构图,通过设定虚拟线圈实现车辆的违章检测,利用视频检测方式实现对违章车辆进行抓拍,系统可以提供车辆违章照片,还可以记录车辆的运行轨迹。该系统已在多个城市得到应用,取得了较好效果。 in this paper, based on video detection method of electronic police system design method, gives the system structure diagram, by setting tile virtual coil vehicle peccancy detection, using video detection means the illegal vehicle capture, system can provide car photos, can also record vehicle running track. The system has been applied in many cities, the good results are obtained.
