摘要
为实现昆虫病原线虫的大量繁殖,在三角瓶培养的基础上,使用自行设计制造的不锈钢培养盒进行线虫的固体培养。结果显示:培养盒最佳培养物装量为1 000 g/盒,是500 mL三角瓶装量的12.5倍,最佳培养时间18 d,线虫侵染力与三角瓶培养无显著性差异,并且提高了线虫培养量,降低了人工成本。
Based on the triangular flask culture of the entomopathogenic nematodes, solid culturing of nematodes was carried out,in a self-designed and manufactured stainless culture box for the mass pro- duction of entomopathogenic nematodes, the result showed that the best culturing capacity was 1 000 g/box, and the best culturing time was 18 d. Nematode culture efficiency was 12.5 times higher than that in the triangular flask and the nematode infection rates didn't changed. The method increased the culturing amount of nematodes and saved the labor cost, which will help promote the use of ento- mopathogenic nematodes.
