摘要
针对实际产品操作中传统人工装配的弊端,设计了一虚拟装配展示系统,以此提高产品一次性装配的成功率。该系统基于Virtools软件开发平台,结合Maya建模工具;以机车为研究对象,采用了递进网格简化算法并运用LOD(Levels of Detail)场景优化等技术,设计实现了机车装配规划和测试,以及使用说明等虚拟展示;同时,加入了多媒体元素生动化展示效果。通过完成机车装配的仿真实验,证实了该平台良好的展示效果,并具有很好的通用性。
In order to change the defects of traditional manual asssembly in the actual product operation, a virtual assembly display system is designed to improve the successful rate of one -time assembly. The system, combined Virtools development platform with Maya modeling tools, takes the locomotive as an example and uses the progressive mesh simplification and LOD ( Levels of Detail) scene optimization technology to realize the assembly plan, test and instructions. In addition, the multimedia elements are added to make the platform more vivid. Practical results show that the platform is feasible and common.
