摘要
上海现处于产业转型关键时期,制定前瞻、科学和可操作的工业地价政策意义重大。通过上海与新加坡和韩国在工业发展历程、工业地价管理政策特点和经验等方面的比较分析,对上海工业地价管理政策制订提出相关建议。
Shanghai has entered a critical period of industrial transition, and developing a sound and effective long-term industrial land price policy for the area is extremely important. Based on analysis of industrial development, policy, and industrial land price management in Singapore and South Korea, this paper submits practical suggestions for formulating the industrial land price management policy for Shanghai.
