补饲精料对贵州黑山羊血浆抗氧化应激能力和生化指标的影响 被引量:18

Effects of Supplemental Concentrate on Plasma Anti-oxidative Stress Capability and Biochemical Metabolites for Guizhou Black Goats

摘要 为研究补饲精料对生长期山羊血浆抗氧化应激能力和生化指标的影响,将45只生长期贵州黑山羊按单因子随机区组试验设计分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复5只,分别饲喂对照组、试验1组、试验2组饲粮;对照组山羊饲粮精料0.1kg DM/d、粗料0.35kg DM/d,试验1组、试验2组在对照组精料的基础上分别补饲0.3kg、0.6kg精料;试验设预饲期7d,正试期24d,分别在第7、16、25、31d采集血液,分离血浆,测定相关指标。结果显示:(1)与对照组相比,试验1组、试验2组山羊血浆抗氧化应激能力指标T-AOC、SOD、GSH-Px含量均显著增加(P<0.05),MDA水平显著降低(P<0.05),试验1组、2组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);(2)除试验1组BUN水平低于对照组外(P<0.05),3组山羊血浆AST和脂质代谢指标TG、TCH、LDLC、HDLC均没有显著差异(P>0.05)。表明在低营养水平条件下,补饲精料能显著增强生长期山羊血浆抗氧化应激能力,有助于提高蛋白质利用率。 This study was carried out to evaluate the effect of supplemental concentrate on plasma anti- oxidative stress capability and biochemical metaholites of Guizhou black goats. Forty-five Guizhou black growing goats were randomly allocated to 3 groups of 3 replicates, with each of 5 goats. They were fed di- ets of control, treatment 1, and treatment 2, respectively. The control was fed the conventional diet, con- taining 0.1 kg concentrate and 0.35 kg DM/d forage, respectively. Treatment 1 and treatment 2 were sup- plemented with 300g and 600g concentrate. The experiment lasted 31 d with 7-day pretrial duration and 24- day trial duration. Blood samples were taken on d 7, 16, 25, and 31 and were centrifuged to obtain plasma for determination of anti-oxidative stress capacity and biochemical parameters. The results showed that 1) compared with the control, treatment 1 and treatment 2 resulted in higher plasma T-AOC, SOD, H2 02, and GSH-Px (P〈0.05) and decreased MDA levels (P〈0.05). 2) Plasma UN in treatment 1 was lower than that of control (P〈0.05) ; 3) However, plasma AST and lipid metabolites were unaffected among the control, treatment 1, and treatment 2 (P〉0.05). It was suggested that, under the current condition of low nutrients provision, increasing concentrate to forage ratio could significantly enhance plasma anti- oxidative stress capability, was beneficial to protein utilization, and had no negative effect on liver func- tion. There was no difference for plasma lipid metabolites for growing goat fed diets with increasing con- centrate.
