摘要
介绍云南华联锌铟股份有限公司在提高锡精矿产品质量方面所开展的工艺研究及生产应用情况。通过脱硫降砷工艺改造,最终得到锡品位为45.50%、回收率为39.63%的高品位锡精矿,同时精矿中硫+砷的含量降低了10.11个百分点,锡精矿水分从15%下降到7%。
This article mainly describes the research of process technique and application for improving the quality of tin concentrate in the Hualian Zinc & Indium Co., Ltd. The result of the application shows that the high-grade concentrate of tin grading 45.50% SnO2 with a recovery of 39.63% was obtained, while the content of sulphur and arsenic reduced by 10.11%, and the content of moisture in concentrate reduced from 15% to 7%.
