摘要
为了提高四氧化三锰粉体的流动性,考察了在制备过程中添加不同表面活性剂对四氧化三锰粉体流动性的影响,同时探讨了影响四氧化三锰粉体流动性的因素和表面活性剂的作用机理。研究结果表明:添加非离子型表面活性剂B可以显著提高四氧化三锰粉体的流动性;影响四氧化三锰粉体流动性的主要因素是颗粒间的团聚作用,加入表面活性剂可以明显降低四氧化三锰分子间的范德华力,减少团聚现象,提高粉体流动性。
In order to improve the fluidity of Mn3O4 powder, the impacts generated by adding different surfactants in the preparation upon the fluidity were investigated. Meanwhile, the influence factors of powder fluidity and the effect mechanism of surfactants were studied. The result shows that the addition of nonionic surfactants B has improved the fluidity of Mn3O4 powder. The main influence factor of Mn3O4 powder fluidity is the agglomeration of particles. The addition of surfactants could improve the fluidity of Mn3O4 powder by decreasing VDW force among Mn3O4 molecules and reduce the agglomeration of Mn3O4 particles.
