摘要
中西文化差异是影响顺畅的欧美软件外包实务的要素之一。试结合欧美软件外包行业资深专家们的经验,着重探讨在欧美软件外包实务中必须注意的基础文化差异,对我国如何培养软件外包从业者的文化适应性提出建议,有助于提升我国软件外包人员在外包实务中的文化软实力。
Cultural difference is one of the key factors that affects the outsourcing practice between China and English-speaking Countries.In this thesis,combining the experience of some senior experts,the author focuses on basic cultural difference in software outsourcing practice between China and English-speaking countries.The paper raises 3 pieces of advice on how to cultivate the cultural adaptability of software outsourcing practitioners,which will help them improve the soft power of Chinese and western culture.
