水力喷砂分段压裂工艺在U型煤层气井中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 YP1井组是由一口筛管水平井YP1和直井YP1V组成的U型煤层气井。根据筛管水平井井况及特点,优化了施工管柱、水力喷射压裂工具尺寸和喷嘴组合方式。为防止φ114.3mm小直径筛管水平井压裂管柱砂卡,将拖动式水力喷射压裂工具与滑套式工具相组合,融合了二者施工工艺。水力喷砂射孔液体通过YP1V井排出,进一步减少水平井沉砂风险。顺利完成YP1井4个层段水力喷射分段压裂改造,共计加砂83m3,压裂管柱成功上提出井。该U型井压裂施工前无产量,压后对YP1V井实施排水降压,随井底流压下降,产气量最高上升至636m3/d。 The YP1 well group in coal bed mathane is a U-shape well composed of two wells. One is a horizontal screen pipe well YP1, the other is a vertival well YP1V. Based on conditions and characteristics of the YP1 well, the operating tool string, the dimension of hydrajet-fracturing tool and the combination mode of nozzle were optimized. In order to decrease the sanding in risk in YP1 well with small diameter screen casing, the dragging hydrajet-fracturing tool and sliding sleeve tools were combined. And then, two technologies were mixed together. Moreover, the jetting fluid with sand was discharged from well YP1V, well YP1 was successfully fractured four stages by multistage hydrajet-fracturing technology. 83m3 proppants in total were placed. Finally, the fracturing string was pulled out of the well. The results showed before U-Shape well fracturing, there was no gas output, but the production increased to the max 636 m3/d after hydraulic fracturing because of discharge water and decompression.
