摘要
通过对常规尾管悬挂器的坐挂结构进行分析,总结其在超深复杂井中存在的不足。对内嵌卡瓦尾管悬挂器具备的性能优势进行了介绍,其具有承载能力高、过流面积大及卡瓦保护性好的特点。文章结合复杂井下条件及施工难点,介绍分析了内嵌卡瓦尾管悬挂器的应用情况,并对2口井坐挂前后循环压力情况进行了对比,验证该新型工具的结构优越性和可靠性。该悬挂器在研制成功后进行了35井次的现场应用,应用情况良好,在油田复杂井尾管固井中广泛使用。
Through the analysis of setting mechanism of traditional liner hanger,the main disadvantages of traditional liner hanger were summarized. The advantages of the inner-slip liner hanger were introduced,such as high bearing ability,big flow area and better protection of the slips. Combining the complex situation and difficulty during cementing,the field applications of the inner-slip liner hanger were introduced and analyzed, and the pressure change was contrasted under the same circulating rate before and after the liner hanger sets,and the predominance and dependability of the inner-slip liner hanger were verified. This kind of liner hangers have been applied in 35 wells and obtained better effects.
