摘要 崖城13-1-A12Sah是中国南海西部崖城13-1气田的一口开窗侧钻水平井,该井具有高温、超低压、位移大、井斜大等特点,为防止钻井液大量漏失威胁钻井作业安全并有效地进行储层保护,项目组将天然岩心送到M-ISWACO实验研究中心进行了实验分析和研究,确定了与该井相配套的VERSACLEAN油基钻井液体系。室内研究和现场应用分析结果均证明,该体系具有良好的高温稳定性、润滑性及封堵性等,钻井作业过程中成功地克服了两次台风的不利影响,储层保护效果明显,投产后产量超过ODP配产要求。A12Sah井的成功完成对在高温超低压地层实施类似大位移水平井的钻井液体系优选具有一定指导和借鉴意义。 Yacheng13-1-A12Sah is a sidetracking horizontal well in Yacheng 13-1 gas field in the west of south China Sea, its features are high bottom hole temperature of 176℃, super low reservoir pore pressure of 0.47 g/cm3, displacement nearly 4000 meter, maximum well deviation of 89°. To avoid the risk of large numbers of drilling fluid loss and protect reservoir effectively, the natural core of Yacheng13-1-A12Sah well was sent to M-I SWACO experiment research center located in Houston United States to study and analyze, and the VERSACLEAN oil base drilling fluid system was determined which could suitable to this high temperature and super low pore pressure well. The laboratory research and field application have both proved the VERSACLEAN system had good high temperature stability, lubricant performance, sealing characteristics and reservoir protection performance. It overcame successfully the two typhoons influences in drilling process. The production of A12Sah has exceeded ODP proration requirement. And successful drilling of A12Sah well has a guiding and reference meanings to optimization of drilling fluid system for similar extended reach horizontal well drilling in high temperature and super low pore pressure formation.
