摘要
为弄清贵州钩藤的品质状况,筛选出优质种源供生产上应用,采用中华人民共和国药典2010年版(一部)的方法,对贵州不同来源钩藤的水分、灰分、浸出物和异钩藤碱含量进行分析,并通过聚类分析对其品质进行评价。结果表明:贵州不同来源钩藤药材水分含量和灰分含量基本均达到药典标准;浸出物和异钩藤碱含量均差异较大,剑河、天柱和锦屏县钩藤浸出物和异钩藤碱含量均高于其他地区;剑河县钩藤浸出物含量最高,其2号(剑河县太拥乡)钩藤达19.40%;异钩藤碱含量为0.000 3%~0.0601%,其变异系数达1.16;不同来源钩藤药材浸出物含量与异钩藤碱含量呈极显著正相关。剑河县钩藤药材品质最好。
The moisture content, ash content, content of extract and isorhynehophylline of U. rhynchophylla from different collection sites of Guizhou were analyzed in accordance with 2010 Chinese Pharmacopoeia (1at volume) to explore the quality of U. rkynckopkylla and screen high-quality germplasm resources. And evaluated the quality by clustering analysis. The results showed that moisture and ash contents reached pharmacopoeia standard basically. Content of extract and isorhynchophylline varied greatly, of which Jianhe, Tianzhu and Jinping were higher than the others. Extract in Jianhe was the highest(19.40% in Taiyong Village). The variation coefficient of the content of isorhynehophylline was the biggest. Content of extract were very significantly positively correlated with the content of isorhynchophylline. Quality of the medicinal material in Jianhe was the best.
