摘要
为了给贵州特色农业的产业化发展提供参考,进一步推进特色农业产业化经营,从贵州农业资源禀赋、产业基础及政策优势等方面阐明了贵州发展特色农业的优势及其必要性;在回顾特色农业产业化经营现状的基础上,针对贵州生态环境脆弱、基础设施薄弱,产业发展滞后、农民素质偏低,贫困面广、程度深,农业生产专业化和标准化差以及龙头企业和农民合作组织结合度不够等问题,提出了加快特色农业发展体制机制创新,加强农业基础设施建设,提升特色产业可持续发展能力,推动农业结构优化升级的对策。
In order to provide an advice for industrialization development of characteristic agriculture in Guizhou,promote the industrialization of featured agriculture in further,the author elaborated the advantages and the necessity of developing characteristic agriculture combined with Guizhou agricultural resource endowments,industrial basis and policy advantages.After retrospecting the industrialization operating status,the author proposed the constraints and challenge for propelling characteristic agricultural industrialization,such as fragile ecological environment,poor agricultural infrastructure,lags behind industry,low quality of the peasants,wide range of poverty,low combination degree of leading enterprises and farmers＇ cooperative organizations,etc.Then,some advice were given,such as exploring institutional innovation for characteristics agricultural industrialization development,strengthening construction agricultural infrastructure,enhancing the sustainable development capacity of characteristics industries and optimizing agricultural structure.
