摘要
利用光学显微镜对山东筋骨草属4种植物的叶表皮微形态进行了观察,发现4种植物叶表皮细胞形状通常是不规则形和多边形;垂周壁式样为浅波状、深波状或平直弓形;气孔器普遍存在于下表皮,部分种的上表皮也有分布,这表明叶表皮微形态特征对山东筋骨草属类群的划分有一定意义。
Micro-morphological characters of leaf epidermis of 4 species of Ajuga in Shandong Province were investigated using light microscopy (LM). The shapes ~ff leaf epidermis cells are usually irregular or polygonal, the patterns of anticlinal are straight arched, sinuolate or sinuous; stomatas usually lie in lower epidermis, which also distribute in upper epidermis of some species. The results indicate that micro-morphological characters of leaf epidermis have some taxonomical significance for classification of the genus Ajuga in Shandong Province.
