摘要
对原子荧光光度法测定水中砷的影响因素进行分析,找出各影响因素的不确定度进行分析,给出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明,影响其测量不确定度的主要因素是工作曲线带来的不确定度,其它影响因素都是次要的。
The uncertainty evaluation in determination of arsenic in water with atomic fluorometry was discussed.The different factors affecting the measurement result were found out. Evaluation to the uncertainties of all influential factors showed that the uncertainty of the work curve of the atomic fluorometry was the deeision factor, and the other were subordinate factors.
