摘要
从高职高专学生特点出发,探讨了英语素质拓展的概念、必要性和可行性,并以承德石油高等专科学校为例,对英语素质拓展运行的体制机制进行了系统化整体化研究和构建。
Based on the characteristics of vocational college students, the paper introduces the concept of English quality extending mechanism and probes into the necessity and feasibility of the mechanism. Furthermore, the author takes Chengde Petroleum College as an example to construct the mechanism systematically on the whole.
