摘要
目的:建立一种简便、灵敏的无碳复写上层纸的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法:以320nm为检测波长,对无碳复写上层纸进行了高效液相色谱分析。结果:不同牌号、不同产地的无碳复写上层纸的高效液相色谱图中,色谱峰的峰数、保留时间、相对峰高比有一定的差异,可以进行种类的鉴别。结论:应用本文所建立的HPLC-UV法,能够对无碳复写上层纸检材与比对样本的异同进行有效的鉴定。从而为贪污受贿、经济诈骗等案件中的可疑证件、文书文件、单据的鉴定提供依据。
Objective：To create an easy, sensitive method of the HPLC-UV analysis of Carbonless Copy Paper. Method： Detecting wave length：320nm, HPLC-UV analyse of Carbonless Copy Paper. Results：The HPLC-UV chromatogram of different Carbonless Copy Paper of different trademarks from different manufacturers show a lot of different in the number of peak, retaining time and relative ratio of the height of the peak. So it can be used in species identification of Carbonless Copy Paper. Conclusion：With the HPLC-UV method of this paper, we can identify the different between testing materials and compare samples of Carbonless Copy Paper, thereby to provide supports with the identification of the suspicious credentials, documents and receipts in cases like corruption, accept bribes and financial fraud.
