摘要
阐述我国社会保障制度的城乡分割、地区分割和行业分割现象对大学生择业就业行为产生的影响,有助于从社会保障制度层面来解决大学生就业中存在的结构性失业问题,促进大学生就业。
This paper analyses the impact of urban-rural,regional,and professional discrete phenomena of social security system on college students' graduation employment.It will help us to solve the structural unemployment problem and have a positive impact on their graduation employment.
