摘要
充血性心力衰竭是心脏病的终末阶段,肾素-血管紧张素系统在心室重塑、心力衰竭的发展过程中起到重要作用。现总结近年来研究发现的肾素-血管紧张素系统在生理、病理生理等方面对心力衰竭中所起的作用,并探讨其涉及的如血管紧张素受体在心力衰竭治疗中的研究进展。
Congestive heart failure is the end stage of heart disease, and renin-angiotensin system plays an important role in heart failure. This article summarizes the function and potential pathogenic mechanisms of renin-angiotensin system found in heart failure, and discusses treatment methods for heart failure.
