摘要
通过对高钢级管线钢止裂韧性评价的研究现状以及管道断裂过程、CVN和DWTT测试过程中力的作用方式的分析,发现应力波对高钢级管线钢的裂纹扩展过程及止裂有重要影响,应该予以关注。分析了应力波对高钢级管线钢止裂过程的影响,如高级管线钢在冲击载荷作用下的断口异常和分层现象,应力波对高钢级管线钢载荷传递的影响等问题研究,可为解决高钢级天然气管线止裂评价问题提供有益的参考。
In this article, it analyzed high grade pipeline steel from several aspects, such as research status of evaluating crack arrest toughness, pipeline fracture process, the mode of action of force during CNV and DWTF test procedure, and obtained that the stress wave greatly affects crack propagation and crack arrest of high grade pipeline steel, which should be focused. It also analyzed the effect of stress wave on crack arrest procedure , such as abnormal fracture and lamination of high grade pipeline steel under impact load. Study on the influence of stress wave on high grade pipeline steel load transmitting can provide beneficial reference for evaluating crack arrest of high grade gas pipeline.
