摘要
针对某工程实例,提出了在建筑方案设计中利用整体疏散仿真模拟方法对超高层建筑疏散设计进行优化的新思路,对楼梯的平面布局和防火分区划分进行优化。扩大楼梯3的前室,提前其利用率,并相应调整疏散出口标志和疏散指示标志。优化方案中各个楼梯的疏散时间和疏散人数较为均匀,塔楼的总体疏散时间减少。
As a case study, a new approach is proposed to opti- mizing the evacuation of the stair layout and fire compartmenta tion of super high-rise buildings via total evacuation simulation in schematic design phases. The atria of staircase 3 was en- larged to enhance the usage of it, and the signs of exit and indi- cation were adjusted accordingly. The evacuation time and evac uation number of eacb staircase were similar and tile total evac- uation time was shorter in optimized plan.
