摘要
介绍了计算流体力学及回转窑的概念,概述了CFX软件中各种燃烧模型和辐射换热模型及其基本原理,分析了其优缺点和适用范围,并通过实例对比分析了各种燃烧模型和辐射换热模型,从而选择出最能反映回转窑燃烧过程的模型,以对回转窑进行优化设计,具有重要的工程实际意义。
The concept of computational fluid dynamics and rotary kilns are briefly introduced.Combustion model and radiation heat transfer model are summarized.The rationale is introduced,and the advantage and disadvantage of the different models and the scope of application are analyzed.By way of comparing different kinds of combustion model and radiation heat transfer model and making the analysis of an example,the most suitable model for the combustion process of rotary kilns can be chosen,which can optimize the design of rotary kilns and has great significance in engineering.
