摘要 为克服自动识别系统(Automatic Identification System,AIS)在船舶动态监控中存在盲区这一缺陷,研究如何通过北斗卫星导航系统转发AIS数据,以使得监控区域覆盖陆上AIS基站的盲区以及实现装载北斗卫星导航系统船舶周围指定船舶的监控.将本船AIS接收的周围船舶AIS信息添加优先权位后存入相应数据库中;采用数据选择、过滤、压缩等技术处理数据,通过北斗卫星导航系统将处理过的数据发送到岸上基站.通过北斗卫星导航系统转发AIS信息,能有效监控AIS盲区内没装北斗卫星导航系统的船舶,有效增大船舶动态监控的范围. In order to overcome the defect of Automatic Identification System (AIS) there being blind re- gion in the ship dynamic monitoring, how to forward AIS data via Beidou satellite navigation system to make monitoring regions cover the blind region of land-based AIS base station and to realize the monito- ring of the designated ship which is around the ship equipped with Beidou satellite navigation system are studied. A priority field is added to the AIS information of the ship around that received by AIS, and then the AIS information is stored in the corresponding database. The data are processed by technologies such as data selection, filtering and compression, and then the processed data are sent to a shore base station through the Beidou satellite navigation system. Through forwarding AIS information via Beidou satellite navigation system, ships which have not been equipped with Beidou satellite navigation system and in the blind region of AIS are monitored effectively, and the range of ship dynamic monitoring is enlarged effectively.
