摘要
中国高等教育正在经历着重要变化,为国家的发展承担新的使命、扮演新的角色。未来很长一段时期内其最重要的任务之一就在于全面提高质量,使规模与质量协调发展,为把我国从人力资源大国建设成人力资源强国做出更大贡献。各级政府和高等教育机构都实施了一系列旨在提高质量的战略措施。为实现这一目标,有高质量的教师队伍是基本保障条件,高校教师入职培训体系是提高教师质量的关键环节。基于终身教育理念,高校教师入职培训是提高高校教师职业胜任力,树立终身教育意识的重要手段。
Higher education institutions are undergoing important changes involving the development of new roles and missions in China.One of the most important tasks for the higher education institutions of our country in the coming decades is to improve the quality,coordinate the scale and the quality harmoniously,and try to build our country powerful instead of big scale.Governments and institutions are implementing strategies to improve the quality.To achieve this goal,qualified faculty is a basic guarantee;the inductive training system is a key-link to improve the quality of faculty.Based on the lifelong-learning theory,the inductive training system of initiactive faculty in higher education institutions is an important means to promote professional competence of faculty and adopt lifelong-learning consciousness.
