摘要 神宝煤矿地面1 000万t生产系统全自动化集中控制系统的技术研发设计包括多种设备的启动、停车、保护,采用自动、手动和就地3种控制方式。该设计方案运用西门子S7-414H PLC的模块化设计思想,通过Profibus-DP总线将S7-414H与各分站连接起来。充分利用触摸屏控制,将系统的相对集中控制全部集中于触摸屏,便于操作,同时还可显示主要设备的运行状况。充分考虑系统的抗干扰性能,采取多种方式提高系统稳定性。该设计方案实现了系统的高度自动化,大大提高了生产效率。 The design of technical research of the automation of centralized control system of Shenbao coal 10 million tons of ground production system includes a variety of equipments for the initiation, parking, protection, adopt the automatic and manual and on-site three control methods. This design program uses Siemens S7- 414H PLC modular design thought, through the Profibus-DP connect S7-414H and each branch. Makes full use of the touch screen control, the relative centralization system control of all focused on the touch screen, it is easy to operate, and can also display the main equipment status. Fully considering the anti- jamming ability of the system, and take various measures to improve the system stability. The design scheme realized the high automation system, enhanced the production efficiency.
