摘要
以3,5-二甲基-1H-吡咯-2-甲酸乙酯(2)为起始原料,与新型Vilsmeier试剂反应得4-甲酰基-3,5-二甲基-1H-吡咯-2-甲酸乙酯(3);3与3,4-二氨基二苯甲酮环合制得4-(5-苯甲酰-1H-苯并咪唑-2-基)-3,5-二甲基-1H-吡咯-2-甲酸乙酯(4);4水解后与2-吡唑啉经脱水反应合成了一个苯并咪唑衍生物,总收率54%,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和MS确证。
Ethyl 4- ( 5-benzoyl-1H-benzo [ d ] imidazol-2-yl ) -3,5-dimethyl-lH-pyrrole-2-carboxylate (4) was synthesized by the reaction of ethyl 3,5-dimethyl-lH-pyrrole-2-carboxylate with new Vils- meier reagents, followed by cyclization with 3,4-diaminobenzophenone. A benzimidazole derivative was synthesized by hydrolyzation of 4 then dehydration with 4,5-dihydro-lH-pyrazole with overall yield of 54%. The structures were confirmed by1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS.
