摘要
以三氟乙酰乙酸乙酯和单取代脲为原料,设计并合成了10个6-三氟甲基嘧啶-2,4(1H,3H)-二酮类化合物,其结构经1H NMR和元素分析确证。初步生物活性测试表明,部分化合物具有较好的除草活性。在用药量为100μg.mL-1时,3-(4-氟苄基)-6-三氟甲基嘧啶-2,4(1H,3H)-二酮对油菜根长生长抑制率为98%。
Ten 6- (trifluoromethyl) pyrimidine-2,4 ( 1H, 3H) -dione compoundes were synthesized by cyclization of trifluoroacetoacetate ethyl with substituted-urea. The structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay tests indicated that some compounds showed good herbicidal activities. 3- (4-fluorobenzyl) -6-trifluoromethyl) pyrimidine-2,4 ( 1 H, 3H) -di- one exhibited herbicidal activities of 98% against Brassica napus at 100μg·mL-l.
