摘要
从冬凌草(Rabdosia rubescens(Hemsl.)H.Hara)中分离筛选出1株对多种作物真菌病害具有显著拮抗作用的细菌,命名为KD3。通过其形态特征和生理生化特性以及16S rRNA序列的同源性分析,鉴定该菌株为枯草芽胞杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。试验表明,KD3菌株能够显著抑制多种病原真菌的侵染,具有良好的应用开发潜力。
An entophytic bacterial strain KD3 isolated from the tissue of Rabdosia rubescens (Hemsl.) H. Hara obviously had antagonism against many crop fungal pathogens. This strain was identified as Bacillus sttbtilis according to its morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and 165 rRNA sequence analysis. The results of antagonism test showed that strain KD3 could control the plant pathogens effectively, which exhibited a good application and development potential.
